chromatic

Light knit, formal joggers - Topshop
Hat, mac, shoes - Newlook
Clutch - Monki

Formal joggers are going to be a firm favorite in my winter wardrobe they are so easy to pair up with heels for a more formal feel, and with trainers they feel really trendy. This was my outfit for model store roll out for Topshop yesterday, I wanted to keep it really minimalist. I'm loving my monchromatics at the moment!

Must have mondays : Shirty buisness

001 The On trend one: Newlook £24.99 || 002 The simple one: Warehouse £48.00 || 003 The summer one: H&M £19.99 || 004 The bold one: River island £45 || 005 The splurge one: Fred Perry @ Asos £110 || 006 The vintage looking one: Topshop £42
As part of a new section on itsfashionoclock I thought I'd use my retail brain and put together some must have highstreet trends for you to grab every monday. If you are prepping you're wardrobe for summer - You need to grab yourself a shirt dress pronto. The perfect piece for season changes as you can pair them with tights and go bare leg in the near summer. For the curvier woman go for a pulled in style with belt detailing and for those blessed with a slim frame oversized shirt dresses are great for a easy to throw on outfit. Shirt dresses are being stocked in the highstreet by the truck load! Grab yourself a floppy hat and some chunky sandals for an easy trend friendly outfit.

Highstreet Dupes!

When shopping, as most of you do, I often find highstreet dupes of items and cannot believe my luck in the price difference between a slightly more 'up class' high street brand as appose to the smaller ones. Up until today I never really thought alot of it, and the bargains I've discovered today I thought I'd share - as I know I'll be picking up both these dupes no doubt! Its amazing how one retailer can sell practically the same item for a MUCH higher price!

How crazy is this?
My friend Aimee and I lusted after this River Island shirt for months but i simply could not part with £32 for it.. whilst having a browse through Select I found practically the same shirt for less than half price!

And then again the same issue with a VERY popular Accessorize bag! Although these are fairly difference the similarities are uncanny and on a student budget - who can afford to be picky over such a gorgeous weekender bag!
Primark bag not available online

What are your opinions on highstreet dupes? Do you know of any? I'd love to hear!
