I cannot tell you all how much this means to me, this blog has been such a great outlet for me and has really gave me freedom to express myself and share with like minded people what I wear, what I like and start my career. It just goes to show that you don't need billions of subs, just readers who enjoy your stuff and loyal subs! THANKYOU TO ALL OF YOU

If I could all ask you to do one last thing for me,
PLEASE go on to
and vote for 'Itsfashionoclock' under best newcomer

you will have to vote for your other favourites in the other categories but it literally takes minutes. It would mean the world to me to win, but I'm over the moon with just being shortlisted. This blog has really came alive in the last year or so, before that it was dead with the occasional post. This little space on the interweb has became one of my favourite places to be and you all make that possible. Thankyou so much and wish me luck!

Youtube - Make-up tag

If you've ever wondered what I'd look like after a boy's done my makeup.. or just wondered what I sound like on video, heres a cheeky video with my house mate Luke doing the make-up tag, guranteed to make you laugh ... promise!

What have you been doing this week?

Tuesday 9 April 2013

I'm known for taking what I deserve and your overdue

Long sleeve crop - £10 Topshop
Leather look pinafore - £22 (Sale) Miss Selfridge
Necklace - Primark
Tights - Primark
Boots - Topshop (Sale)

This pinafore is my bargain of the week, down from £42 I'm so so chuffed I found this. Its a denim fabric with a waxy overlay? The final outcome is a leather looking thing. But how cute is this! I had lots of comments when I wore it to work the day after I brought it :) Beware! Get the size above you if you have boobs as it does come up rather short

P.s I'm not sorry for my over wear of long sleeve crops! They go with everything! ;)

Strawberry limes

Tshirt - £3 George @ Asda
Stripey Midi - £15 Miso @ Republic
Necklace - (Sale) Topshop
Tights - Primark
Converse - £41.99 (Old)
Leather jacket - (Gift) Miss Selfridge

What a bargain t-shirt right? So many of these in George at Asda right now, this feels like really good quality on the skin too :) Midi's from Republic are so so cheap right now and now we are out of admin *HORRAYYYYY!* all our new stock is right on trend, I'd seriously suggest going for a browse instore. I'm a massive fan of matching nails, shoes and lipstick when I can also ;) hope this wasn't to bright for your eyes lovelies! :)

What SS trends have you been sporting?

Flower Power

Long sleeve crop - £10 Topshop
Floral treggings - £28 Topshop
Burgundy cardigan - £9.99 eBay (Old)
Leather jacket - (gift) Miss Selfridge
Ankle strap heels - eBay (Old)

Lips '107' Kate Moss for Rimmel

If you kept an eye on the SS '13 catwalks I'm sure these treggings will remind you of the 60s inspired Prada collection .. It can't be just me right? I fell in love with these in Topshop and brought them for my house mate Luke's 21st birthday meal and night out. The quality of them is amazing and they fit similarly to disco pants. I'm so smitten. Heres two looks for patterned bottoms if your looking to try them, simply changing a cardi to a jacket and shoulder bag to a clutch can make over your whole look. Also say hello to my new Minnie Mouse tattoo! again for Luke's 21st I paid for us both to get friendship tattoos - He has Mickey!

MAC Prep & Prime BB Beauty Balm 'light' review

OH MAC. You have done it again, you have turned me on another product.
WHERE do I start with this product. My cousin Jemma sent me this in a post a couple of days ago randomly and I was over the moon at her kindness. However I was skeptical as I have never tried a BB cream, and I prefer high coverage foundations and none of that dewey skin finish business.
PACKAGAING
Super slick black - mac's staple look of course, with flecks of glitter!!, a sturdy plastic tube and a tell tale matte finish top - this baby is travel proof!
PRODUCT
Prepare to be blown away. Mac's BB cream teams up as a primer also, so its suitable to worn under your foundation to prime and for that extra bit of coverage - or obviously solo. For reference I'm an NC15 in studio fix foundation if your wondering about shades - this is light. I squeezed a pea amount on to my hand before applying it all over my face with my fingers, I was convinced this product was going to be runny and worthless, something I didn't need, wow, how wrong I was. Consistency wise this kind of feels like a gel and another bonus? no strong paint like smell, it glides on light and drys fairly quickly  it gives the nicest matte finish all over, and genuinely gave me a fair bit of coverage?! - I'd never be putting a picture up make-up less if it did'nt! If I was going on holiday this would be a must have in my bag, you can hardly feel this on your face - and as for using it under a foundation, your gaining extra coverage and I found I needed to use less foundation.
OVERVIEW
At £22 this is at the pricey end of the primer scale, but I can honestly say I've felt a difference in my daily routine and I'd really recommend this for the following

GET THIS PRODUCT IF :
1) Your looking to try your first BB cream and or Primer
2) You are a young girl starting out with makeup and want a light coverage
3) Your looking for a light coverage for a holiday
Or of course your just an avid mac fan like myself...

THANKYOU JEMMA!

Abit of an apology from me lovely ladies! I've been so busy with university work, finding internships and working at Republic I seem to have deserted my little bit of interweb space, I have a few OOTDS ready but I need to find time when myself and Luke are free to take them - I don't want to do mirror pictures! I've also got some makeup bits coming up and I PROMISE I will do that MAC lipstick video. *slaps hand* Here are a few bits I'm HEAVILY lusting after. I've got a summer of working and no holidays/festivals ahead, which means I should be able to save up for some nice things..

 How has your week been?
