MAC: 'Peony Petal' Satin Blush

I was lucky enough to be gifted this beautiful blusher by my Uncle, Auntie and cousins for my twentieth birthday. Peony Petal is described as a 'bright blue pink' and a satin finish. This is not usually a shade I would go for as blue toned pink products usually leave me looking washed out. However, this blusher has gone down a treat, its alot lighter and prettier than some of my duskier MAC products, Its pigmentation is suprisignly good and it lasts me a full day comfortably without needing a top up. I sweep a small amount of this over the cheek bones with my Elf contouring brush combined with bronzer so I don't look too pale. For a shade I would never usually wear this is becoming a favorite and I'd recommend to anyone who likes a really bubblegum pink cheek! Wearing a light cheek is perfect if you like a natural smokey eye like myself - without looking too drag queen!

(Excuse my sour face! I was ill all over christmas)

What do you think?
Will you be buying Peony Petal?
